These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of eavelinelighting.com and the Eaveline Lighting SMS program provided by Middlebrooks Enterprises LLC, doing business as Eaveline Lighting ("Eaveline," "we," "us," or "our").
Website and lighting services
This website provides information about our permanent lighting services and ways to contact us. A website inquiry does not create an installation contract or reserve an appointment. Pricing, scope of work, scheduling, payment terms, and applicable warranties are established in your written service agreement or quote. These website terms do not replace that agreement or limit rights that cannot be waived by law.
Eaveline Lighting SMS program
When you expressly opt in through our chat widget, you agree to receive marketing text messages from Middlebrooks Enterprises LLC, doing business as Eaveline Lighting at the number you provide. Messages concern permanent lighting products and services, promotions, and special offers. Messages may be sent using automated technology.
Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Simply visiting this website, entering a phone number, or requesting a quote does not enroll you in SMS marketing. Only the messaging program described in your opt-in is authorized.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply to messages you send and receive. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan or charges.
How to stop messages
Reply STOP to any SMS message from us to cancel, or text STOP to 503-501-5925. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out; after that, no further messages from this SMS program will be sent unless you opt in again. To rejoin, complete the opt-in process again.

Eligibility and delivery
You must be at least 18 and the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you enroll. Tell us if your number changes or you no longer control it. Message delivery depends on your mobile provider and network availability and is not guaranteed. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
