What’s in this estimate?

Your estimate multiplies an approximate roofline length by our installed price of $35-45 per foot, rounded to the nearest $100, and never goes below our $2,500 project minimum. It covers the lights, the mounting track and the installation along that length.

The length comes from the public outline of your home on Metro’s map data (or the length or answers you gave), adjusted for the package you picked. Outlines don’t show every eave, gable or second-story run, so the real length can be shorter or longer. The controller, power supply, electrical work and add-ons are priced separately at your visit.

It’s a ballpark, not a quote. We confirm length and price at a free on-site visit before you commit to anything.

This preview is a simulation. Bulb spacing, brightness, colors and patterns on your installed lights will differ from what you see here. The sample home is an example image, not an Eaveline installation.

Measurements from maps and photos are approximate. Every price on this page is an estimate for planning only, not a bid, offer, or contract; your price is set in writing after a free on-site visit. Estimates use $35-45 per foot installed, rounded to $100, with a $2,500 project minimum, prices as of October 2026, and exclude the controller, electrical work and add-ons. Oregon CCB #238152.
