The estimate is based on measured linear feet, roofline complexity, controller placement, and the agreed installation scope. The final scope is provided before scheduling.
Does installation affect the roof or gutters?
The planned mounting location is the fascia or area under the eave rather than the roofing surface. The on-site measure confirms the right placement for each home.
Can scenes run automatically?
The system story includes saved scenes and scheduling from the app. Exact controller and automation details should be confirmed in the written product specification.
